Terms & Conditions

  • Quotation Terms and Validity:
    • Prices in the quotation are subject to Coffee Portal Inventory and are valid for 15 days from the date of the quotation.

  • Payment Terms:
    • 100% Payment in Advance
    • Payment methods:
      • Cash on Delivery 
      • Online
      • Bank Transfer

  • Value Added Tax:
    • Five Percent (5%) VAT will be applied to all invoices for transactions within Oman

  • Item Return / Exchange Policy:
    • Orders can be canceled or items can be returned, subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
    • Returns and exchanges will be accepted under the following conditions:
      • The item/s are returned within 7 days from the date of the invoice.
      • The item/s are packed with their original manufacturer's packaging and are in new condition.
      • Customized or modified item/s from their original form will not be accepted.

  • Item Storage:
    • Items that are paid fully will be given a maximum of 15 days; exceeding the allotted time will be charged accordingly (OMR 20.00 per day).
    • Items that are partially paid will be given 15 days to fully pay the remaining balance. A representative will be in touch with you to remind you of your balance, unsuccessful payment will lead to the cancellation of the reserved item.

  • Servicing, Delivery, and Installation:
    • Delivery and installation services are available upon request.
    • The customer should inform us within 48 hours of purchase to schedule the delivery or installation. 
    • Installation of Machines should be performed by Coffee Portal only.
    • Periodic Maintenance Services (PMS) are within the first 6-8 Months of the Warranty​
    • ​Descaling services are not covered by the PMS & Manufacturer’s Warranty
    • Coffee Portal will provide 1 free visit during the delivery and installation. Subsequent requests for a visit will be charged.
      • Visits are scheduled with the team during working hours.
      • Emergency visits are not covered and will be charged

  • Warranty and Exchange for Used Items:
    • The item/s subject to warranty will be covered for 12 months, limited to the manufacturer's warranty policy. The warranty period starts from the date of the invoice.
    • Labor and parts will be provided if the warranty is not void. (See Warranty Exclusions section for scope and limitations).
    • Exchanges will only be allowed for defective items within the warranty period. (See Warranty Exclusions section for scope and limitations).
    • The condition of the exchanged item/s will be assessed by a Coffee Portal representative.
    • The process of checking and processing the exchange will take 2-3 working days, and the replacement issuance will depend on item availability.
    • Item exchange will be considered under the following conditions:
      • The Coffee Portal representative has confirmed the manufacturer defect in the item
      • The defect has been reported within 7 days from the date of the invoice.

  • Warranty Scope and Limitations:
    • Item/s will not be covered under warranty if transported outside Oman limits.
    • Wear and tear parts (Grinder Burrs, Shower Screens, Gaskets, Filters, etc.) are not covered under warranty.
    • Damages due to improper storage of the item/s are not covered under warranty.
    • Defects caused by improper use of the item/s are not covered under warranty.
    • Defects caused by the use of poor-quality water are not covered under warranty.
    • Defects caused by a lack of periodic cleaning are not covered under warranty.
    • Defects caused by excessive use of chemicals (Descaler, Cleaning Agents, etc.) are not covered under warranty.
    • Services or changes performed by any party other than Coffee Portal are not covered under warranty.
